Baritone Saxophonist, B.J. Jansen, has
created a new All Star Group and recorded
his 10th project as a bandleader which will
be released in late spring of 2017. He
created a new recording and working
group to celebrate this milestone. The
group brings an immense pool of talent
and experience to the bandstand, with
each member being a bandleader as well.
The music is modern, but soulful and
swingin’, with strong hints of the Art Blakey
tradition featuring all original music and
arrangements.
