Bio
Baaro is one of the best reggae bands in Chicago. Comprised of an original member of the band “Dallol” (Mulu, formerly of Ziggy Marley’s back up band), two members of the all female group “Karess“ (Lois and Juanita) and drummer (Fikru), they are increasingly popular in the region.
The only Chicago venue Baaro performs at is the Wild Hare. Check them out once every month. The band is accompanied by Jasper on keyboards, Abera on lead and bass guitars, Ermias on bass guitar, and the Cromwell Brothers on horns.
Baaro has a previously released CD entitled “Rhythm City”, which is available for sale at the Wild Hare.
