"Can you send me more tracks?"

"Can you send me more tracks?" - DEAN JACKSON OF THE BRITISH BROADCASTING CORPORATION

"They're too heavy for us!"

"They're too heavy for us!" - MEAN FIDDLER PROMOTIONS

"Burning with raw power and barely contained energy."

"Live their studio recordings truly explode, burning with raw power and barely contained energy. The set ends in carnage, instruments wailing feedback on the stage floor. A belting performance." - - WHISPERINANDHOLLERIN (STEREO, YORK 2010)

"Fast and furious musical performance with screaming unintelligible vocals to produce a head splitting noise."

"BG display an almost total lack of subtlety, have an over reliance on feedback and a too showy performance, they mix a fast and furious musical performance with screaming unintelligible vocals to produce a head splitting noise. Everybody but me seemed to be enjoying the performance" - THE DRUID

"Finally, Baby Godzilla, and what a way to end the festival."

Finally, Baby Godzilla, and what a way to end the festival. The band start their set by clambouring up from the canal and take to the stage dressed as sailors – but with small, red, ‘Alan Partridge’ type shorts on. They seem out to have a good day and make sure everyone else does, and they don’t disappoint. Delivering a schizoid set of mangled heavy blues and acidic post-punk, they look like they have enjoyed today as much as the rest of us and this adds to the chaotic fun. By the end band members are literally hanging from the rafters and the drummer takes a leap in to the canal. Glorious. - Leftlion

"Baby Godzilla manage to create a mini riot in the Pit and Pendulum"

Baby Godzilla manage to create a mini riot in the Pit and Pendulum. They probably break hundreds of Health & Safety rules, but it's all in the name of good honest rock n' roll, so it's well worth it. Both band members and the crowd start moshing and crowd surfing in the tiny area given up for the music, with the threat of the wobbling PA toppling down on top of them. Then by the end of their set, the drum kit has been placed in the middle of the audience and there are band members strewn about the place like some sort of rock wreckage, and most of them seem to be on their backs on the ground completely exhausted after giving their all, and totally making coming out today worth it in one short set.

Bio

Exciting times ahead for psychoblues rock band Baby Godzilla. They have just finished recording their single and video for "Powerboat Disaster" and are currently recording their next E.P. Recently signed to I'm Not From London Records. Their last album "NPAG" was released in January which they promoted and toured in Poland earlier in the year.

They are set for an EP tour of Europe (UK, Berlin, Poland and Belgium) in May 2011. This tri- pronged sonic attack band formed just over a year ago and have already played the Uk's biggest rock club (Rock City) amongst many more. They have headlined festivals such as the Hockley Hustle, INFLUX and supported F¥€KED UP, the James Cleaver Quintet and the mighty 80's Matchbox B Line Disaster and are developing an impressive reputation or being as dedicated as they are unpredictable!
