". . . more original than most of the current crop of zydeco groups from Louisiana and half of the songs are in French to boot ...better, more distinctive, and even more in keeping with the tradition than much of what is currently being released in the genre." Dirty Linen Magazine - Dirty Linen magazine
Bad Boys should be applauded for their experimentation and their willingness to take zydeco to some places it's never been. Nigel Tassell, Blues and Rhythm Magazine - Blues and Rhythm magazine
A remarkable band--the band members have not only studied and assimilated the Cajun and Creole musical cultures, but have managed to draw on their own wide folk music roots in order to present a zesty cross-fertilization of wonderful sounds. Franklin Zawacki, Cajun and zydeco festival producer - festival director

Bio
Evo Bluestein learned his craft directly from the legendary Louisiana masters of Cajun and zydeco music. Building upon those influences, he adds his own blues, folk, rock, jazz, and original compositions to take zydeco in new directions.
Individual members also have strong track records with major American and European blues festivals.
