Bad Hotel No Vacancy
Second Album being recorded in April (yet untitled)

Feeling a bit camera shy

2005 is the year for Bad Hotel. After having formed in April of 2004, Bad Hotel has quickly climbed the ranks of the New York City Club Circuit – going from early Tuesday showcases to main event weekend nites at The Continental, CBGB , Tribeca Rock Club, The Knitting Facotry and Trash ….And now Bad Hotel has been tapped to perform at the Chrysler New York Auto show in the world famous Jacob Javitz Center. The Bad Hotel sound derives from a collective affinity for 70’s album-oriented rock and is delivered with maximum force and a modern edge. Songwriters Todd Mangan and Brian McLane click and the results are hooks that force themselves upon one’s brain. Bassist Bobby Bua and drummer T. MOTTS, combine to form a rhythm section that adds power and energy to the music. Live, Bad Hotel pounds out its set taking you up, bringing you down a little, turning it up another notch, taking it down a bit and then finishing the audience off with Arena like finales that leave fans screaming for more. The debut limited 1000 pc. release of “No Vacancy” was intended solely to demonstrate the band’s writing capabilities to industry executives but quickly sold out at shows and on the web. A second album is in pre-production and is to be recorded with Jon D’Uva at a replica of Tony Bongiovi’s Power Station in April.
