Who is Badia Farha?
Everyone is jumping at the chance to know, “Who’s that girl?” Badia Farha also affectionately known as “Lady Rose,” is a new musical sensation making waves throughout the U.S. Currently, her second CD “Still Waiting?” was released on August 11, 2009 to rave reviews.

Badia defined means “original creation.” Which is exactly what she is. She explodes on the stage, and you can’t keep your eyes off her. Born in Newark, NJ, she began singing at the age of 2. She is a graduate of NYU with a Masters degree in Musical Performance. She continues to lend her talents as a background singer for major recording artists, as well as writing and producing her own music.

The first single off “Still Waiting?” is a funk driven song called “Keep on Keepin’ On.” It has easily been compared to the Likes of The Brand New Heavies & Curtis Mayfield. Likewise, Farha has released a Music Video to complement the single. She immediately garnered attention from numerous major outlets including,, and VME music while continuing to grow in the mass market. Her video is in rotation alongside artists such as Stevie Wonder, Beyonce’, Rihanna, Kanye West, Ruben Studdard, Mandy Moore, Nickelback, and Moby to name a few.

“Badia Farha” is a growing sensation. Her music and style has been described as a cornucopia of intrinsic styles, melodic vocals, and radiant energy. She refers to it as R&B soul +.
