For the past few months, the group -- singer Tommy Von Voigt, guitarists Kyle Gaines and Sarah Martinico, bassist Drew Jemmott and drummer Kevin Sanford -- has been playing fun, devil-may-care rock 'n' roll from days gone by, from glam-rock to garage-rock. Rock and Roll Control and Home sound like the E Street Band. Gimme That Shock sounds like AC/DC. Electric Angel sounds like T. Rex or Thin Lizzy.

Tommy Von Voigt
The lead singer, songwriter, and pianist for Bad Magistrate. He is a front man in the traditional sense - energetic, over the top performances, engaging the crowd at every opportunity, and certainly not afraid to go the extra mile with his look.
Kyle Gaines
The lead guitarist of the rock n' roll band Bad Magistrate. Originally from California, Kyle moved to Florida during the beginning of his high school career . He started playing guitar at age 14 with influences of many rock and metal guitarist of the 70's and 80's. Now at the age of 22, he is pursuing his passion of music while performing with Bad Magistrate.
Sarah Martinico
Born and raised in Central Florida, Sarah began her musical career very early on. A multi-instrumentalist since the age of 10, she has continued her pursuit of music since. Now, at the age of 20, she is currently one the lead guitarists with Bad Magistrate while studying at Berklee College Of Music in Boston, one of the world's premier music schools.
Drew Jemmott
Drew began his passion for music at a young age. He played many instruments throughout school while being influenced by a wide variety of music. He eventually took bass up as his principle instrument. Drew ,at the age of 22, is the bassist and backing vocalist for the band Bad Magistrate.
