Bio
Born and raised in the streets of downtown Cincinnati,Young Pat Cap (real name Patrick Captain) found his self rapping at an early age. At the age of just 3 yrs old he recorded his first demo tape in his Dad's studio in Atlanta, GA. After a childhood filled with extracurricular activities such as little league football and basketball, he gave up his career in sports after his Senior yr in High School, even with offers to play college ball. Pat Cap says that he realized his calling was in music after having major success in High School with his first cd "Da Truth Has Been Spoken" selling 500 copies at his school alone. Once In college at Northern Kentucky University, Pat Cap managed to win several freestyle battles which where hosted by 101.1 the wizfm. Also rocking every talent show the school held Pat Cap began to buzz around the campus. This buzz landed him his first major show opening up for Chris Brown at Nku in April of 2006. Since then Young Pat Cap has managed to land a song on the radio, open up for major acts such as Rick Ross, Young Joc, Young Jeezy and others. He has also managed to get a placement on the Movie Soundtrack for the upcoming film "At The Top of The Pyramid" To Be Released this fall...
