 Baltazard born on November 17, 1994),[1][2] best known by his street name Hulk, birth name Frantzy Baltazard is a Haitian rapper, musician and actor.[3][4] At the age of 16[5] Baltazard  immigrated as a child to the United States with his Father Pierre and settled there. In Brooklyn Ny Bushwick.
Baltazard was born in Martissant, Haiti.[1]     grew up in his early age in Croix des Bouquet Haiti started rapping at age 9 Creole and French was his only option stated that “ I listened a lot of hip hop but didn't understand a word they was saying but the beat thou”  In 2011, he immigrated with his father and his Little sister Mya Baltazard……...
