Still working on that hot first release.

Baluji Shrivastav is a North Indian Classical musician, composer and educationalist. One of the great sitarists to emerge from India, it is rare for a musician to have solo releases on dilruba (fretted fiddle) and Surbhar (bass sitar) besides sitar. Baluji has the ability to reach out and connect with audiences through his performances that are infused with warmth and humour.

Firmly established in the Hindustani classical tradition, Baluji has worked extensively with a variety of great musicians across genres including Anindo Chatterji, Ustad Fayaz Khan, Annie Lennox, Massive Attack, Jah Wobble, Andy Shepherd, Guy Barker and Doves. Baluji is a great ambassador for South Asian music within the UK and internationally.
