"Band LeGrand stays in step with the fun side of performing"

[Band LeGrand] is an unlikely scene loading in or out of local music halls. Wearing long-lost three-piece suits topped with barbershop haircuts, they look like a quartet ready to perform at a speakeasy for Capone's best bootleggers.
Like historical icons brought back by Bill and Ted to roam around shopping malls, [Band LeGrand] stands out, both musically and stylistically. Their music is an odd blend of eras. It's ragtime Beach Boys with guitar solos from the mid-1970's U.K. But their sound couldn't have been created at any other time or with any other lineup...
-M. Trevor Higgins - Chattanooga Times Free Press

"CityBeat - Critic's Pick"

Some bands like to call themselves eclectic because they are so audacious, they do both rockers and ballads. [Band LeGrand] doesn't need to make such claims; a simple listen to a few of their songs and you'll realize you're dealing with some highly skilled, remarkably clever musical chameleons. The grand Pop instincts of early ELO, the inescapable, moving harmonies of The Beach Boys and the broad, theatrical song structuring of Queen form the band's creative core, but they're not above jumping into, get this, authentic, banjo-laden Dixieland Jazz if'n they feel like it. If it wasn't put together so well, it would come off like a novelty. But, while fun, [Band LeGrand] is no joke.

"From Band LeGrand"

Not only did they knock 'em dead at Nightfall, they also sold over 80 CDs. Their new track, "Letters," is a four-minute pedal-to-the-metal joyride through electronica, classical (like Beethoven), hard rock and surf that's already caught the attention of the industry: [Band LeGrand] was one of the top ten bands picked as "Best in the Southeast" out of over 1300 entries in the recent Billboard/Discmakers competition.
-Ted Reynolds - The Pulse - Chattanooga, TN

"LeGrand is dancing all over the chart"

The tune that warmed the usually cold, blackened hearts of the Top 20 panel this week was [Band LeGrand's] "Letters"(#1). They've taken giant steps in development, with more new tracks coming in the weeks ahead. Their tasty blend of classical, electronica, hard rock & just plain silly caused more reactions than any other tune on the chart in the last two weeks.

"Melody Notes Music Group"

"[Band LeGrand] - the best and most entertaining live show I've seen on the indie circuit. The energy they put forth combined with their wonderful musicianship and their originality will take you to a whole new level of musical enjoyment. These guys are the equivalent to the great new boyfriend that makes you realize that you had been just settling before."
- Melody Puckett - Nashville, TN

"Band LeGrand is first runner-up in national contest"

"[Band LeGrand] recently returned to Cleveland after receiving runner up honors at a band competition in Hollywood, CA. They play an eclectic mix of original rock music. Not only does the band play great music, but it puts on a high energy show..." - Cleveland Daily Banner

"Band LeGrand"

"They successfully cross pop-rock with a left-field ragtime-like sound, incortporating guitars, drums and synthesizer with such unconventional instruments as banjo, trumpet, piano and creative percussion. The disc features professional production and multi-vocalists on fun, feel-good songs with clever lyrics. They melodic tenor vocals on songs like I Believe in Multi-Personalities and Eagle Style are ready for national radio-play. Something About Time Travel turns up the rock, and a favorite, I've Got a D, opens with a synthesizer reminiscent of Ozma. Fans of pop-punk and Squirrel Nut Zippers alike will enjoy. - Bog Gob - Chattanooga, TN

They have rocked with such bands as Of Montreal, rocked at such venues as The Key Club (Hollywood), rocked at such festivals as Midpoint (Cincinnati). Heck, these boys have even rocked the deaf (definitely not a joke). If that's not the power of the "ROCK!", 'There ain't nothin' on God's green earth gonna make you believe!'
