Bio

Born in Louisiana, Bane spent his early years in Lake Providence...a poor rural town in Northeast Louisiana. He later moved with his mother to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he thrived in all sports, especially basketball. After becoming a true star in the state, and earning All-State Player of the Year awards, Bane was offered numerous college scholarships.

He played a year of college ball, but fortunately for the music world, it didn't work out.

He then made a name for himself in the southwest through multiple album appearances and mixtape verses. Bane was signed to Underground Railroad Records, with distribution by Koch Distribution. He opened for Nappy Roots, Mystikal, and Snoop Dogg, securing himself as the top artist in the area. Due to the CEO of Undergound Railroad being arrested and charged with numerous felonies, Bane left the label, but not before releasing M.O.T.H. (Members Of The Hopeless). Convinced to come to Las Vegas by his best friend, Bane made the trip.

He was quickly signed to a Las Vegas independent record label, eL Ay Be Records, and recorded 25 songs in the first year. One of those songs, Teddy P, was an instant classic. 1 month after it leaked, the song started getting play on local stations. To this day, people still request it. Bane then joined fellow label emcees in forming a hip hop funk soul group by the name of RNR. This band is performing all over the city right now.
