Bankhead

Gary, Indiana native (currently live in the Atlanta, Georgia area) Donte Bankhead also know as Bankhead was introduced at a young age. With his father being a big Tupac, Snoop Dogg and a local group from the city call CCA fan it rubbed off on Bankhead. Even though at a young age he couldn't really relate to the content of the music he understood the dialog of the music. He liked the story telling and the feeling they gave you when it was delivered. Bankhead wrote his first complete song at just 10 years old and performed in front of few friends and he loved the response he got and knew that was something he definitely had a love for.

 Over the years his passion grew but he never had the opportunity to actually perform in front of a microphone until he met a guy named B.A. He coached him and helped him deliver himself in a more controllable way. Bankhead grew even more interested after his first live performance at a showcase B.A. and the KITO Klan family hosted. As life took its course Bankhead kinda fell back from the music scene for awhile to try to get himself together. But he eventually linked back up with B.A. in Atlanta. Now he has set a goal to give is 100% efforts to perfect an art that he loves.

Bankhead is currently promoting "Business With Bank" and 7 track EP he and B.A. collaborated to put themselves out into the music scene in Atlanta's music market. With songs like "Bennies" "Loco" and "The Gram" Bankhead is more than confident that there wont be long before the talent is noticed. He has worked with a host of producers on the EP from Eli G, Shawty Chris, The Martianz, Halo Hitz and B.A. himself.
