Banzai Pipeline is a three-piece alternative rock band from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK. The band take key influence from artists such as Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Candlebox, Melvins, Kyuss, Fu Manchu, and Temple Of The Dog.
Though Banzai Pipeline has not been around for a long while, the band has quickly attracted a regular following at their gigs. The band has played at their local venues such as The Sugarmill, The Underground, The Rigger, The Freebird, and Mart's Brewhouse and Tap. Familiar bands that the band have supported include Obey, Souer, and The Virginmary's. The band has had their own main slot gig which was a success, and often sell all of their tickets at gigs that require bands to sell tickets.
The band have recorded their first single, 'Problem Child' at Lower Lane Studios in Stoke- on-Trent, and have recorded the accompanying music video with Manchester-based company, Oh! Video. With this release, the band are looking to perform in different areas of the UK to attract new fans, and build connections with new people.
