Billie Joe Bob, aka (Bare Bones) has its very humble beginnings in early 2007 when friends introduced these 3 artists to which alchemy developed. Immediately, the group set an ambitious goal to have 50 songs catalogued, canned, and ready for demo by the end of 08.
Indeed, they are on target!
About the Artists:
.Joe Bisnett has been playing and writing for over 30 years and has had the honor to play with or write with some of the industry's most prolific and legendary musicians through out the years. Having traveled the world and served Uncle Sam in an active war zone, Joe brings an uncanny eye to the song writing profession that only experience can share. When not helping other people, Joe can more often than not be found working with multiple folks in or around the music industry.
Bob Harris, on the other hand was a raiser of the cain from way back. We are talking the guy got kicked out of chorus somewhere around the 3rd grade and it went down hill from there. Ironically, Bob was introduced to his first true love, percussion instrumentation; around the same time. Bob says this either saved his life or prolonged his insanity but calls it all a blessing. Later he found his 3rd love which is writing. His wife won't let him talk about his 2nd love. Joe and Bob have known each other for over 15 years, however; did not begin working together until early 2007.
Billie Baker was introduced to Joe some years back and instantly a tight bond was formed. She has the dubious honor of writing with Joe and Bob and making sure that the point of impact of their session verbalizations which resemble "sailoreez", are not heard by too many innocent bystanders. When asked about song writing, her smile lights up the world and she say’s “I love it and wouldn’t want to do anything else”.
