Bio
Barrett Cressman was seriously born under a tree at a party and grew up singing hymns in church and as part of the Inter-Mennonite Children's Choir. In grade six he played the lead role in The Trial of the Big Bad Wolf playing a Fonzie-like greaser wolf before a voice change prompted a shift to a Bass role in the Menno Singers. Meanwhile, being inspired by Jimi Hendrix and having acquired an acoustic from his babysitter, he started playing covers of Beatles, Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins tunes in local restaurants before throwing in more and more of his poetically-driven originals and hosting open mic nights at a no-longer-existing blues club in Guelph called Wally's.
