Barry Field - Vocalist/Guitarist 

Barry plays music with a flair that fills the room with joy and good vibes. Thus the music flows through his voice and fingers to communicate good vibes felt by all. Overall musical theme of love songs and more entails a variety of styles and arrangements that are used to bring out the emotional impact of a song. Whether playing as a singer/guitarist, instrumental solo guitarist, guitar duo (with Jim Orley see bio below)  or small ensemble, the music communicates with the audience an excitement that only live music can bring.      Barry has been singing and playing guitar since he was a 8 years old. He has been playing solo guitar for many years around New York City and the Poconos area, around a busy schedule as a New York City teacher and raising a family. Now, he is pursuing his passion of playing live music with great talented local musicians who share his passion for music. Musical Genre: R & B, Rock, Motown, Blues (delta blues, chicago to piedmont, jump blues) Jazz, Ragtime, Instrumental Solo Guitar, Bossa, Fingerstyle, Country, Ballads, Funk, Folk, Songs from Americana - 1900-2010 and Original Music that leaves the audience with a musical experience that they will not forget and wanting more.                        

Jim Orley - vocalist/guitarist/harmonica

As a child Jim was always drawn to and developed a deep love for music. By 6 he knew that he wanted to play guitar and by the age of 10 began learning. At 14 Jim began playing in first of many bands in the Lehigh Valley Area. Also Jim self taught to play blues harmonica. Musical influences involve various music styles ranging from Blues to Big Band, Rock, Pop, Soul, R&B, and Jazz. Also Jim’s music is inspired by guitarists such as Eric Clapton, Steve Howe, Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, Frank Zappa and by the music of many bands of the 60’s and 70’s such as The Beatles, Yes, Emerson Lake and Palmer, King Crimson, etc. 

Jim began playing in The Pocono Area in the mid 70’s and still active today as a solo artist as well as collaborations with many talented musicians from the Pocono and Lehigh Valley Area’s in Duos, Trios, 4 and 5 piece Bands. Currently performing with the Trios of Monomo and Blues Field.
