Hundred Barz

Hundred Barz is an incredible emcee/DJ/Producer hailing from Detroit, Michigan. Home to many great Artists, Barz is trying to be one of those chosen few. This Triple Threat Artist brings life to music like non-other. His style is so versatile from the Boom Bap Soul music to rock filled riffs, to Jazz ensembles. His arrangements are like that of a veteran. Though he still feels like a Rookie. His word play and Intellectual style of rap has gotten him notice by some of Detroit’s great Artist like Fatt Father and Marv Won (Fatt Killahz), Guilty Simpson, Elzhi, and the Hip Hop Collective Clear Soul Forces. Barz has come a long way since his start with Walt Nelson over at Deal Wit It productions. Walt was one of the first to give the young talent a chance. This also would be where Barz got his first taste of working in a Professional studio environment. Hundred Barz goals are to just be heard and generate a buzz to get people talking about him and his music. Another goal is to have fans see his vision and get a visual glimpse into the life in the inner city through audio presentation. Barz mixtape “The Transition of Power” showcases the emcee’s wide array of production and Lyrical Skill. It also features other great Detroit talent.
