Base 13

Base 13 is an Alternative Rock band from a little place called Clarkston, MI. They just released a new single entitled E.B.H., which can be found on almost any online music store. Base 13 is currently heading back and forth to a local studio, working on their first EP. Their EP is aimed to be released in the fall.

Base 13 started off as an Acoustic Duo with founding members Nick Lowe and Nate Keck, with Nick on vocals and rhythm guitar, and Nate on rhythm and lead guitar. They quickly found that it wasn't enough. After a few member changes Base 13 finally settled with the lineup of Nick Lowe (Lead vocals, rhythm acoustic, and keyboard), Nate Keck (Lead guitar, and keyboard), Juke Warner (Bass, and vocals), and Steve Gonzales (Drums, and vocals).

Base 13 has played all around Southeast Michigan and has also gone on a small, self-booked, midwest tour. They have played with a large variety of locals including, Powerout, Virginia Wolf, To Be Juliet's Secret, These Charming Men, and many more. They have also played with National Acts such as Gabriel The Marine, and NGHBRS. Since then friend and drummer Steve Gonzales has left to pursue other dreams, and Juke Warner has decided to take the reigns on drums. Between recording Base 13 is looking hard for a new Bassist to complete the group.

Base 13 has plans to release several EP's in the coming years, go on many more tours, and contunue growing indefinitely. The band will put all they can into making a name for themselves, and to get their music heard by the masses.
