Feeling a bit camera shy

Influenced at The Percussive Arts Society International Convention (PASIC) by Johnny Rabb and his group "Super Action Heroes" also seen at NAMM, 4 musicians from the Crane School Of Music decided it would be fun to make some bucks playing at local bars and houses in the jam band style. We found most audiences were bored with the droned repetition of Jungle/Drum n bass Music, So we began covering everyone's favorite tracks in our own style. Playing Prince, DJ Sammy, Bloodhound Gang, Cake, Snoop Dogg, Outkast and others live seemed to really catch on. We ventured out on breaks to Syracuse, Rochester, ALbany and Canada, setting upi gigs by word of mouth. Latley we performed on W46th In manhattan, a block from times square, and the bar manager shut the power down when the crowd screamed for 6 encores at 3 in the morning. When the idea of succesfully entertaining Manhattan came into our minds, the possiblility of expanding was easier to percieve. So now, by filling this out.. that's what we are trying to do. We all love playing and want to do it for a living, and we have to chops to back it up.
