Bio
We are Bear Stories, an instrumental rock band from Omaha, NE. We have been around since the end of 2011. Sometimes we play soft and pretty, other times we play loud and heavy. We put a lot of heart and feeling into our songs and try our hardest to have that stand out. Since vocals are scarce in our music, we create soundscapes and musical experiences for the listener. Our influences range from bands such as Explosions In the Sky, Do Make Say Think, and Godspeed You! Black Emperor to bands such as Converge and Russian Circles. Our live performances are very energetic, engaging, and full of feeling. We are currently working on the release of our first EP, 'Everything We've Grown To Know' due out in November.
