Bio

Beatmakers Productions is a production team that produces hot, fresh and edgy urban music. The group which consists of Seafus (S. Muzic) Richardson and Jamere (M.E.R.E) Cottman hail from Chester, PA which is about 15 miles south of Philadelphia. Chester is the birthplace of the legendary Ethel Waters. It is also the birthplace of Orlando Magic guard Jameer Nelson, NFL running back Kevin Jones, r&b singer Kevin Michael and the nations #1 high school baller Tyreke Evans. S. Muzic and Mere have been producing tracks together since 2003. Beatmakers can be very versatile, soulful and experimental as they work with different sounds. Both are song and hook writers, so while they mostly make hip hop and r&b tracks the team also likes to flirt around with rock and pop tracks as well. They consider themselves not to have any set particular style.

Seafus (S. Muzic) Richardson was born February 3, 1983. S. Muzic is a 2001 graduate of Chester High School in Chester, PA. He was a member of the schools marching band as a snare player on the drum line. Seafus has been a member of various drill team squads performing and winning competitions locally and nationally. As well as being in competitions, he has been part of all types of parades throughout the area. Seaf has been participating with drill teams for over 12 years. He has been the drum coach for the Chester High School Band, Majestic and the Imperial Marvelettes drill teams in Chester. As it is known, mostly all of the great producers were drummers so Seaf feels that he already has a leg up on the competition.

Jamere (M.E.R.E) Cottman was born on February 25, 1983 in Chester, PA. He graduated in 2001 from Salesianum School in Wilmington, DE, where he was an honor student and a member of the National Honor Society. Mere was an all-conference/all-state basketball player starting varsity since the ninth grade. Jamere attended Drexel University where he majored in computer science. Even though he was never trained professionally to play an instrument, he’s always had a love for music. His grandmother and sister are known all over the area for singing in the church. As to for his love for hip-hop, Mere says those influences come from his uncle and cousins. Anyone who knows Mere will tell you he walks, talk, eat and sleep music. Jamere feels that even though he has no formal lessons on any instruments the only thing that matters is if he can make you feel the beat.

Beatmakers are currently running their record label (Move Out Entertainment) along with artists Fah. The duo loves to develop artists as well as working on projects of their own. Faced with a few setbacks like the federal incarceration of Fah (who is home now) and the lost of half of their catalog due to a system crash, Beatmakers have used these situations as motivation only to make them stronger. Before being imprisoned Fah had performed locally at clubs, bars, hair shows, fashion shows and he has also opened up for Roc-A-Fella artist Freeway. Beatmakers have worked with Philadelphia rappers Hollewood and Nick Nolte, as well as with r&b singer Nick J. They have also produced tracks on local Chester rapper Stax (R.I.P.) album. Beatmakers are in the process of looking for management and working on tracks for any artists or A&R interested.

Move Out Entertainment is a record label located in Chester, Pa. It is run by Seafus "S.Muzic" Richardson, Jamere "M.E.RE." Cottman of Beatmakers Productions and rapper Fatee "Fah" Nelson. Their goal is to keep bringing fresh and trendy urban music to the music industry. Though mostly influenced by hip- hop/rap and r&b, Move Out is also willing to work with other genres of music. Currently, Move Out is looking for major distribution to get their music out to the masses. Move Out is looking to perform at any shows, events, hair show, fashion shows etc.

Here is a list of the Move Out roster:

BeatMakers - S.Muzic and MERE - CEO's, producers and artists of the label. As artists, Beatmakers have a mix of "out of the box but commercial" style. Both are great song writers. When you look at the great labels like Death Row, Bad Boy, Roc-a-Fella, Cash Money, No-Limit etc., all had one thing in common and that was in house production. Move Out feels that with the beats and hit-making ability of Beatmakers, it's only a matter of time before they take over this game like all mentioned did.

Fah - President, rapper home after serving two years in Federal Prison. With his raw, flashy, and street cred style like all the greats Fah just has it. That "It" factor is hard to explain, but you will know when you see it. Before being incarcerated, Fah had performed at a number of events, even opening up for Roc-a-Fella recording artist Freeway.

Project Hood Boyz - Hak 1, L, Lil Red, and T-Keezy. Four individuals, all different range of age, and all from different parts of the city. Their music just represents the struggle and
