Bowie meets New Order meets Gang of Four Meets The Flaming Lips.

Beauxregard was formed originally in December of 2005 mostly by former members of the now-defunct fuzz-pop outfit known as The Trophy Club. The band's principal song writers to this point have been guitarist Ryan Rhodes and vocalist Quincy Romine.
In an effort to insure a quality live performance, Beauxregard, as a band, opted to practice right away rather than play out. As a result of said decision, the band did not actually begin to perform live unitl September 2006. Since that point, Beauxregard has had the privilege of opening for several national touring acts (Boyskout, Scissors for Lefty, Tartufi, Pretty n' Nice to name a few, but not all) as well as notable local acts such as The Happy Bullets. Also Beauxregard has received some very complimentary press such as:

"Beauxregard, meantime, picks up the Bowie mantle and runs with it, taking unexpected turns along the way. Their songs are catchy but far from cloying, as the group infuses its tunes with surprising musical choices; the results are transfixing."
-Jonanna Widner, Chief Music Editor,

Beauxregard is currently scheduled to play several shows including an upcoming live feature on a radio program that spotlights indie bands/artists that have created a bit of buzz for themselves.
