Biography

In the city of Pittsburgh, with hip-hop artists such as Wiz Khalifa and Mac Miller making noise in the mainstream, some would say people have their eyes on the city.

Beedie, a 22 year-old hip-hop artist from Pittsburgh, has steadily been making waves in the underground music scene over the last few years. He has experienced success in the form of appearing on Sirius Radio, being honored for two nominations in the Pittsburgh Hip Hop Awards, sharing the stage with artists such as Soulja Boy, DJ Boogie Blind (X-Ecutioners), Krumbsnatcha (Gang Starr affiliate), Diamond District & more; and has also collaborated with Max B, PH (Pumpkinhead), and Reks.

Armed with a razor-sharp laid-back flow, Beedie has his sights set on the future of hip-hop: innovating the game while bringing back the roots of the culture. Featured in a constant stream of online blogs & music download sites, he is determined for the world to hear his voice & his music.

His two mixtapes, "Most Slept On" & "Sleeping In", have been well received by critics and fans alike & are both available for free download. He has also teamed up with director Rex Arrow Films to create some of the most creative & entertaining visuals from any up-and-comers in modern hip-hop.
