T'wana "Bee-Ex" DeNard

T’wana Denard is a native New Yorker, born and raised in the Bronx in the shadow of the legendary Yankee Stadium. An aspiring actress and much sought after print ad and runway model, T’wana is a graduate of the prestigious St. John’s University and an IT consultant for a leading global financial institution. The mother of two young boys, and older sister to two brothers, T’wana has been a strong role model for those she loves. Losing a close family member to AIDS caused her to want to learn more about the disease and inform her peers. AIDS awareness has become a passion of hers, and she hopes to use her celebrity to bring light to this issue that so profoundly affects the black community. She epitomizes the term “go-getter” and is always uplifting others and encouraging people to follow their dreams. She leads by example. After an appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show, T’wana discovered that she wanted a career in television. Modeling soon followed, and she has been featured in ads for First Choice Couture, Woodwear Fashion, G Unit Clothing, Bathhouse Swimwear and John Ashford Shoes, among others.

T’wana’s latest venture is a stint on the VH1 hit reality show “Flavor of Love”, where she is a viewer favorite known as “Bee-Ex”. She has plans for her own TV show, acting, launching her own magazine, and already has numerous projects in the works. T’wana Denard is a force to be reckoned with and is perched on the threshold of fame and notoriety. Still humble, still focused, still a native New Yorker with a hustler’s spirit.
