BeefStu is a 4 piece, improvistational band playing rock, blues, funk, jazz, folk, space-cow funk....music. The band plays from their collective heart&soul, with feeling and conviction, feeding off one another's energy, as well as its audience.
- Covers&Originals- Covering the whole Grateful Dead songbook (their originals&covers) as well as numerous other bands/artists, and mixing in Originals, BeefStu brings their own unique style and sound to the covers making them their own, taking classic jam tunes into new, fresh, ever changing directions. .
