Bio

Beezlefeast has been writing, recording, and playing local gigs for over a decade now. Originally formed in the early 90s as a 5-piece progressive rock outfit, the band preformed regularly at America's Pub, Neener's, and the “legendary” Gee Coffee. Less frequent gigs included Vito's motorcycle bar, the Hurricane, and the Bottleneck, various birthday parties and benefits, and at least one Bris. Different points of view over the creative direction of the band led to an extended break, during which time the original members continued playing and gigging with acts such as Majaedus and Aberdeen. At some point everyone was looking for a new band, and Crotchduster's seminal release "Big Fat Box of Sh!t" gave the boys a common interest, re-igniting the friendships and reinstating the long lost senses of humor and enjoyment that had been lost along the way. After conning their way into the guitarist’s family room, it was decided that the original material was out-dated and a new direction was inevitable. As luck would have it the bass player, Gutbukket, had been harboring a secret growl and was given full reign over the microphone. The music got heavier, the unintelligible vocals became much less serious (why brood about how unfair life is when you can explain how douchey Prius drivers are) and the new direction drove the lead guitarist away. The remaining guitarist, known as Unit, stepped up and brought a new dimension to the now mono-guitaristic noise.

Beezlefeast is currently writing, rehearsing, and performing new material.
