Ben Okafor & The Liberators are a Folk Reggae band based in the UK. They have toured internationally and released 9 albums with the 10th on its way. Ben Okafor himself is the creative force behind the band and has a reputation for writing traditional yet evocative melodies and providing an emotive set of lyrics on top. The content of his lyrics is inspired by many things ranging from socio-political commentary to cultural integrity to spiritual well-being, however it always maintains a relatable attitude that is accessible to all.
