Feeling a bit camera shy

Bio

We're the band that sits on our metaphorical porch sippin' Mad Dogg givin' the finger to the latest trend bandwagon as it passes by.

Yeah, it's pop - but it's sincere. The hooks are catchy and the melodies will move you, but that's hardly a reason to write us off....

Pop has received a negative slant in recent years due to the massive influx of corporate flavors-of-the-month. The bands you are being sold these days rely too much on gimmicks to convince you that you are listening to something that isn't pop when infact it is. They take the concept of love, heartache and lonliness and dress it up in eyeliner and bizzare fashion statements in an attempt to trick you in to thinking that only them and you (and the thousands of fans their marketing as earned them) have those feelings and that isolation is the only answer.

You're not alone.

We're here to tell you that everyone has had their hearts broken, and we aren't here to bamboozle you into thinking you're part of some exclusive club. Whether you're the varsity quarterback or the captain of the chess club, we're all pursuing happiness and enduring life's ups and downs together. That's what Bench Grinder is all about.

Now sit back and hit the play button.
