Benjamin Wayne Olney (better known as Ben Wayne) was born on May 9th, 1983, in Kansas City, Missouri. Ben Wayne is a Native American rapper who began his rap career at a very young age as a form of emotional expression. “My music is my therapy, it gives me an outlet to channel and vent.” Being the youngest of 3 raised in a single mother household was everything but easy. As time went by without any change, he grew tired of seeing his mother struggle so he became part of the solution to the problem. “I didn’t live your typical teenage life, I took on the responsibilities of a provider and had to grow up fast, I did what I had to do to create a better situation overall.”

Ben Wayne formerly known as Big Ben, has since released 2 albums “Poison” & “PCS.” He also released 3 mixtapes, “Wait is Over,” “Poison Prequel,” & “Flight Risk.” Ben Wayne has made a name for himself in his hometown stamping everything with his slick playboy savvy style which got him recognition from the music industry’s top independent artist Tech N9ne (Sickology 101) & Strange Music label mate, Krizz Kaliko’s (Shock Treatment) where he was featured on two of the artist tracks. This was a major accomplishment for Ben Wayne in his rap career.

After taking moment from music to analyze things and reflect on his entire musical existence he decided to recreate his brand from Big Ben to Ben Wayne. With a new look, new feel, and a new sound, a whole new artist emerged. Now focused, Ben Wayne has been moving crowd after crowd at multiple venues, constantly creating epic music, and building a buzz, branding everything he does!
