Bestiarii

Bestiarii, posing as a shoegaze band but clearly a garage rock band, find themselves pushing out on the box that constricts the aforementioned genre. Started in November of 2008, Ben(Drums), Dan(Guitar), and Danny(Guitar) found themselves in a unique situation of not being bound by what other musicians and colleagues have always created in the past. After a few snags in 2009 they have finally found themselves, equipped with a new bass player (Michael), ready to present their ambitious project to whomever is interested.

The first EP, {Singalong}, is only a glimpse of what Bestiarii has to offer. The intricate guitar work of Danny and Dan boasts a second listen just to make sure you heard all the layers the guitar duo has to offer. Meanwhile the rhythm section fit for a post hardcore onslaught is the backbone holding it all together. Infectious melodies and unexpected mood swings, each band member is an integral part of what Bestiarii is.

Ready for what 2010 has to offer, Bestiarii came out swinging playing with Hardcore, Punk, and Metal bands and graciously accepted the opportunity to open for Caspian in Caspian's first show in FL. With a warm welcome from all they have played with, including the band's fans, Bestiarii find themselves in a unique position. After years of playing music in other bands, it would seem the quartet has finally found a home with no limitation or egos.
