Bio
When life, love and loss blur into
an inescapable maelstrom of coping and confusion, something stronger
is destined to emerge. Bête Noire creates music that draws on this
sense of longing. Bringing together the moody, seminal sounds of Joy
Division and Bauhaus with the bravado, swagger and song craft of Roxy
Music, Depeche Mode and Gary Numan, this San Francisco four-piece
effortlessly assembles a compelling collage of reverb-drenched
guitars, vintage-inspired synths, baritone vocals and hypnotic
percussion.
We are rapidly gaining a large fan-base online and attention from local DJs around the bay area.
