Earlier this week, the multimedia team caught up with Nashville, TN Artist BF/GF Sex on the streets of Austin for a private performance. Check out the performance below, and if you’re in a band, or know one who wants to shoot a video like this, let us know.

Bio
BF/GF formed in Nashville in 2012 when songwriter/producer Cannon Kinnard met vocalist Hailey Collier. The two began a year-long romance and musical collaboration that saw much promise in 2012 after they formed a trio with Cannon's best friend, multi-instrumentalist Charles Iverson. After playing 18 shows at SXSW in 2012, Glass Note Records offered BF/GF a recording contract. Upon returning to Nashville and under the stress of their newfound success and touring schedule, Cannon and Hailey's romance disintegrated. They broke up, as did the band, and Collier moved to Los Angeles to pursue a solo career. Cannon and Charles remained in Nashville, and the three did not speak to one another for a year. During the summer of 2014, Hailey and Cannon reconnected and started to repair their friendship. Soon, talk of finishing their record and reforming the band turned serious, and now BF/GF has reformed with all three original members.
