Bhakti Messenger

Bhakti Messenger

 Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Bhakti Messenger is part of the American kirtan scene that has been growing in popularity over the last few years. Kirtan is a form of Indian devotional music that uses music and repetitive chanting of mantras in a "call and response" style to bring participants to a state of spiritual bliss. AUM...

Bhakti Messenger is a spiritually-based, ecstatic chant ensemble that is local to the Atlanta area. The band serves as a channel for the energy of Divine Love, which is shared with the audience through call-and-response chanting in Sanskrit, Hindi and English. The chanting of mantras and devotional prayers is accompanied by acoustic instruments with musical arrangements that bridge the gap between East and West. Loud singing and dancing are encouraged!
