Do You Wanna to be Married or Do you Wanna be Right

Written By: Michael Bialys and Maurice Gainen

Verse I

He pulled up in the driveway I knew he wanted to talk to me
His tail between his legs, and his broken heart on his sleeve

I said son what's wrong you look a bit distraught
He said me and Misty Lee had a fight and it was all her fault

Verse II

Dad I’m gonna tell you the whole story it’s sad but true
Misty said she thought she saw my eyeballing Becky Sue.

Now son you been married going on three months now
Now here’s a little question I need you to think about.

CHORUS

Do you wanna to be married or do you wanna be Right?
I been married to your Mamma for a good long time.
Never been so darned happy being wrong in my Life
So Do You Wanna to be Married
Or do you wanna be Right?

Verse III

He said Dad that’s crazy, I swear I did nothing wrong.
I said maybe you’re right and you been married for how long now?

Now you got your choice the sofa or the bed
You can stand your ground or listen to me instead

Verse IV

Now son you’re looking a bit like a sorry sight
Why don’t you go home right now and apologize
Now listen to me and if you do everything right
You’ll be stealing kisses from your Mrs. For the rest of the night

CHORUS

Do you wanna to be married or do you wanna be Right?
I been married to your Mamma for a good long time.
Never been so darned happy being wrong in my Life
So Do You Wanna to be Married
Or do you wanna be Right?

Bridge

The say three words “I love you”
Can make everything alright
But I am here to tell you
The words “Yes Dear”
Can save you your life.

CHORUS

Do you wanna to be married or do you wanna be Right?
I been married to your Mamma for a good long time.
Never been so darned happy being wrong in my Life
So Do You Wanna to be Married
Or do you wanna be Right?

Sometimes Mama Cries

Written By: Michael and Misty Bialys

Sometimes Mamma Cries

V1

Well she sat up on those stairs and began to cry
Cause her loving husband hit her one more time

Her baby two years old just watched and stared
At two years old that baby climbed right out of hr high chair.

V2

Well at 26 she never thought she'd fee this old
It was all her fault that dinner was too cold.

Her baby climbed up to her on those stairs
and then she picked her baby up and this is what she said

...she said

Chorus

Sometime s Mama cries when things are Good
As convincing as she tried to be it didn't come out like it should
So she held her baby tight
and rocked her through the night
at two years old that baby knew
Something wasn't right

V3

Well she drove 300 miles to Southbend
All the way she swore he'd never touch her girl again

She said don’t you worry baby we’ll be fine
and then her girl now 5 years old said mamma why you crying

she said

Chorus

Sometime s Mama cries when things are Good
As convincing as she tried to be it didn't come out like it should
So she held her baby tight
and rocked her through the night
at 5 years old that baby knew
Something wasn't right

Bridge

5 more years had passed
it seems her mamma found true live at last
and as she donned her wedding gown and tears filled up her eyes
that little girl at ten years old finally realized that

Chorus

Sometimes Mama cries when things are Good
and this time it was different cause it sounded like it should
So they held each other tight
and danced away the night
at 10 years old old that baby knew
Things would be alright

The Player

Written By: Michael Bialys and Steven Fisher

The Player

Verse 1

She told the one in Baton Rouge
His dad had taken sick
He said goodbye so tearfully as
He snuck of with a kiss

He told the one in San Anton
She was his very best
And a guy like him
Did not deserve a girl like him he said

CHORUS

So pick up your pieces and go home
I guess you think you’re on a roll
You always have to be
The Player

Now for you the games begun
I guess you think you’re having fun.
That’s what it’s like to be
The Player

Verse II

Now alone in Galveston
He just turned 62
Saw the prettiest girl he’d ever seen
And her name was Cindy Lou

Old habits they die hard
So he turned on his charms
And though she was just 35
She fell for him real hard

CHORUS

So pick up your pieces and go home
I guess you think you’re on a roll
You always have to be
The Player

Now for you the games begun
I guess you think you’re having fun.
That’s what it’s like to be
The Player

-Musical Break-

Verse III

Their Romance was fast and hard
Like a southern hurricane
He finally decided to settle down
So he married her that May

Woke up on their Honeymoon
In Niagara Falls
He looked around and she was gone
He was staring at four walls

Verse IV

His money and his keys were gone
The trap for him was laid
The it finally dawned on him
Then he had just been played.

Johnnie Cat

Written By: Michael and Misty Bialys

Johnnie Cat

Verse 1

I remember how my hand fit perfectly in hers
As she walked me down the street to the local park
And as she watched me run around
Playing in that old playground I can hear her laughing as she said to me.

CHORUS
Johnnie Cat, Johnnie Cat
Run and play
Your Mamma Cat won’t be far away
And one day you’ll have kittens of your own.
But you’ll still be my Johnnie Cat when you’re grown.

Verse 2
I remember how her hand was shaking
As she walked me down the aisle
Her eyes were filled with tears, the room lit by her smile
And as my father pulled my veil back and nodded to my groom
My Mama’s words still echoed through the room.

CHORUS
Johnnie Cat, Johnnie Cat
Run and play
Your Mamma Cat won’t be far away
And one day you’ll have kittens of your own.
But you’ll still be my Johnnie Cat when you’re grown.

Bridge
One day my baby caught me crying
Behind the closet door
Cause my Mamma took her place beside the Lord
She said don’t you worry Mama it’s gonna be ok
Remember what grandma used to say

CHORUS
Johnnie Cat, Johnnie Cat
Run and play
Your Mamma Cat won’t be far away
And one day you’ll have kittens of your own.
But you’ll still be my Johnnie Cat when I’m gone.

Our hearts Have Danced Before

Written By: Michael Bialys and Steven Fisher

Our Hearts have Danced Before

Verse I

I’ve been writing songs about you
Before we even met
And now that I have found you
All those songs make sense

I was caught up in the searching
For who might be the One
Never understanding you’ve been there
All along.

CHORUS

Our Hearts Have Danced Before
Another place another time
They spun around the floor
The band keeps on playing a lovers encore
Cause Our Hearts Have Danced Before

Verse II

It may have been on a Bayou
At an old Cotillion Ball
History has shown us
Our hearts we’re meant to fall

And when I look into your eyes
I see an ageless love
Written when the world
Was still Young.

CHORUS

I know
Our Hearts Have Danced Before
Another place another time
They spun around the floor
The band keeps on playing a lovers encore
Cause Our Hearts Have Danced Before

--Bridge—

Somehow your arms feel familiar
Somehow your kisses ring true
Our Hearts were meant to be together
Before we even knew

-CHORUS-OUT

You are My why

Written By: Misty & Michael Bialys

YOU ARE MY WHY
Verse I
You were prefect when I married you
I don’t know how you did it
But you’e better than the day we said I do.
People say I’m crazy, what they don’t realize
Is after all these years still crazy about you.
Pre-chorus
When the world can be unkind
Want to run away and hide
And you ask yourself what it’s all for and why
I know I found mine.

CHORUS
YOU ARE MY WHY
I wake up in the morning
WHY
8 hour feels like 40
When All I want to do is come home to you.
YOU ARE MY WHY
I sleep a little better
With your head next to mine upon the pillow
The moment I became your guy
I found my WHY

Verse II
The only time I ever
Really feel myself
Is when I’m trying to be a better man for you.
And if home is where the heart, doesn’t matter where we are
I’ll always have a home, when I’m with you
Pre-chorus
When you finally hit the line
Want to run away and hide
And you’ve given up, don’t even want to try
I know I found mine.

CHORUS
YOU ARE MY WHY
I wake up in the morning
WHY
8 hour feels like 40
When All I want to do is come home to you.
YOU ARE MY WHY
I sleep a little better
With your head next to mine upon the pillow
The moment I became your guy
I found my WHY

Bridge
With you I found a reason
With you it all makes sense
With a heart that gave as much to me
More than I ever could expect

CHORUS
YOU ARE MY WHY
I wake up in the morning
WHY
8 hour feels like 40
When All I want to do is come home to you.
YOU ARE MY WHY
I sleep a little better
With your head next to mine upon the pillow
The moment I became your guy
I found my WHY

Written By: Michael Bialys & Misty Bialys

Don’t Get much Better Than This (Duet)

Verse 1 (Male)
Boots on the floor
Whiskey on the lips
Daisy Dukes are swings are swinging
With hands on the hips

She walks in the Bar
Every Head turns
Looks like Heaven sent and angel
Down to this Earth

And it must be that day that God blessed me
Cause she turns and winks a little baby blue at me
I grab her hand ask her for a dance
Don’t know where this is going
But I’ll take that chance

CHORUS
Well It Just Don’t Get much Better Than This
Wondering about that first sweet Kiss
When the Sun comes up I just might be pissed
Cause It Just Don’t Get much Better Than This

Well It Just Don’t Get much Better Than This
You can cross this One off my Bucket List
Now I Know what love at first sight is
Cause It Just Don’t Get much Better Than This

Verse 2 (Female)

Girl’s night out
Piled in the car
Gonna Dance till dawn
At the local Bar

Well I walk in the door
And all of my the luck
Take one look at him

And it must be that day that God blessed me
Cause I found myself my cowboy in two point three
He grabs my hand asks me for a dance
Don’t know where this is going
But I’ll take e that chance

CHORUS (Male and Female)
Well It Just Don’t Get much Better Than This
Wondering about our first sweet Kiss
When the Sun comes up we just might be pissed
Cause It Just Don’t Get much Better Than This

Well It Just Don’t Get much Better Than This
You can cross this One off our Bucket List
Now we know what love at first sight is
Cause It Just Don’t Get much Better Than This

Holding each other tight
Like we’ve been dancing together
All or lives
Never thought this would be the night.

Now we know what love at first sight is
Cause It Just Don’t Get much Better Than This

You Built a Home

Written By: Misty Bialys, Michael Bialys

Verse 1

There’s a little house just off of Patchet’s Corner
It’s a house like any other on the corner of the street

It’s driveway that I always will look forward
To pulling in and opening the front door as it creeks

CHORUS
We had a house
You built a Home
Made with Brick and mortar
Filled with heart and Soul
We had a house
You built a Home
Kisses when I walk in
Toys strewn on the Floor

Verse 2
There’s a stack a bills sitting on the counter
As your cooking up our supper
You say will be ok
Again we’re running low on milk and diapers
You light up when I bring you back a grocery store bouquet

CHORUS
We had a house
You built a Home
Made with Brick and mortar
Filled with heart and Soul
We had a house
You built a Home
Kisses when I walk in
Toys strewn on the Floor

Bridge

The way you kiss the kids goodnight
The way you hold our family tight
Got so much more than just four walls
Memories, Tears
Laughter through it all.

Chorus -Out

Let me be your Mirror

Written By: Michael Bialys,Misty Bialys

Verse I
You see every Wrinkle
You see every line
You see that extra 5 Pounds
That’s impossible for me to find

If I could have but 1 wish
Its’ that I loan you my eyes
Then you would see what I see
Perfection personified.

CHORUS
Let me Be Your Mirror
Let me be your Eyes
You will see a beauty
That Time Defies
Let me Be Your Mirror
Let me be your Eyes

Verse II
I think it’ kind of funny
I think it’ kind of sad
You’re your harshest critic
I’m your biggest fan.

It seems a bit ironic
But it’s crystal clear to me
You see the illusion
I see reality

CHORUS
Let me Be Your Mirror
Let me be your Eyes
You will see a beauty
That Time Defies
Let me Be Your Mirror
Let me be your Eyes

BRIDGE
I think it’s obvious
All the flaws that you see
Are flawless to me

CHORUS
Let me Be Your Mirror
Let me be your Eyes
You will see a beauty
That Time Defies
3x Let me Be Your Mirror
Let me be your Eyes

Sleeping with THE ENEMY

Written By: Michael and Misty Bialys

You hit, then kiss me
But don’t tell me that you miss me
You had to be the better man
Convince me I’m not who I am

You trapped me, slap me
I’d do anything you say
It’s my turn now
To stand where you lay

CHORUS
I was sleeping with the enemy
The devil in disguise
You showed me what you wanted
Before I realized

I was sleeping with the enemy
The perfect life you see
The hell I live behind closed doors
Was my reality
‘Cause I was sleeping with the enemy

You got me, then fought me
Bet you thought you bought me
I’ll build your picture perfect life
Smile at the world through lying eyes

I’m runnin’, you’re done in
And you don’t even know
Backed into a corner
Oh This guns about to blow

CHORUS
Now
You’re sleeping with the enemy
The devil in disguise
I’ll show you what I want to
Before you realize

You’re sleeping with the enemy
The perfect life you see
The hell I live behind closed doors
Was my reality
Now you’re sleeping with the enemy

Tried so hard to make me lose who I am
Was turning and twisting me
Always in your plan

And every time you
stuck your dagger deep In my heart
I’m reminded of those sacred vows
Till death do us part.
