Twenty-one-year-old Bianca Love grew up in a city that any singer-songwriter would kill to live in. And even as she moved from New Orleans to Mumbai in 2011, she kept up with the composing work that she started a long time ago for her debut EP, Shady Sunrise, released in India last year. Love's music is mostly bluesy angst and funk swag and her voice manage to hold her while she jumps genres. Her self titled live recording from Kappa TV's Music Mojo music series plays to her strengths - ductile falsettos, folksy nonchalance and memorable hooks. "I place high importance in foundational knowledge in harmony and melody, and gospel choirs have really helped to instill some of that in me," she says. - Rolling Stone India
Mumbai-based singer-songwriter Bianca Love, on the other hand, reveals a woman's more vulnerable side in the video for "Shell". Love finds a cozy niche in a local pub to hide away (rather apt, given the song), pluck her six-string and pour out an acoustic serenade about running away from her feelings. Bio
Bianca Love is a vocalist, bandleader, and guitarist, born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She lived and toured in Asia from 2011-2017.

She is also a part of the Jesse Mcbride and the Next Generation band, and formerly the JoJo and Mo Blues band led by the veteran former bassist for Irma Thomas, Bob Harvey.
Bianca has toured across India from 2011-2017 with her solo acoustic set and her band and has played a total of over 150 venues and TV shows/webcasts such as Vh1 Music Diaries, Sofar Sounds, Kappa TV and Balcony TV. She has done studio work and jingles for several notable companies including Microsoft Lumia, IIHM and Earth Day Network.
