Deeply rooted in Gospel & Blues, Big Daddy has worked with The legendary Wille Banks, along with his own gospel band the Gospel Tornadoes. Big Daddy Has been performing his brand of music for the last forty years, and he Actually had a record rated on America Bandstand in 1976 (Sun Sun Sun) while playing in New York City with the band Jakki.
Big Daddy Fox's influences are 60's and 70's soul artists,blues masters like Buddy Guy, Hendrix and Slim Harpo along with contemporary R&B.
Big Daddy came out of a self imposed retirement in 1999 under the advice of the late Mississippi blues legend Willie Foster After Willie compared him to a young B B King Who appeared in Willie's Early Bands.
