Seattle-based Big Dirt is bringing vocal oriented rock back to Seattle with a unique fusion of new and classic sounds. The current line up brings veteran guitarist Dave Montgomery (Reckless Pedestrians, M-Set, Hurricane Ridge) together with bassist/producer Mike Sebring (When Giants Fall, Green Chili GoGo Dust) and guitarist/singer-songwriter Laura Robinson and vocalist-songwriter Erika Feldman. Their rich 3 and 4 part harmonies layered atop acoustic and electric guitars in pop arrangements are defining a new Seattle sound with the only gender-balanced rock band in town led by a certified genius and advertising its green leanings (Big Dirt is shorthand for planet Earth).
