F.I.S-T(FEISTY)witch stands for FEISTY, INDIVIDUAL, SHINES, THROUGH, A.K.A. Leonard Joyner has been in the rap game for 15 years, doing his thing independently. Born in Chicago Illinois, he found that he was a natural when it came to the free-style art form (the ability to make up rap lyrics instantly. Life has had its ups and downs for this Chicago native, starting at the age of 3 when his biological mother placed him up for adoption, things continued to go bad with his new adopted family so at the ripe age of 16 he ventured out on his own, to endure life and his dreams of a career in hip-hop. at the age of 17 he became one of the pioneers of a style of rap called HIP-HOUSE,a mix of House music(A Chicago based style of dance music)and hip- hop. Needless to say that this fad didn't last long, so the rapper then known as JAM 'N' J Continued to make a name for himself, with his live show where he would do the whole thing FREESTYLE. F.I.S-T(FEISTY) is defenitly a force to be reconed with, over the years he has developed other skills that include music producer,video producer & video editor, graphic designer and digital distribution consultant. With his never say die attitude, F.I.S-T(FEISTY) is destined to become a pioneer in the hip-hop industry. The "COAST 2 COAST SHUFFLE" is a song that was created to boost the sprits of the victims of HURRICANE KATRINA and to the men and women who lost their lives in NEW YORK ON 9/11.
