Bio
A guitarist for over 18 years, and a producer of electronic music since 1995, you would think that Big Rack Attack would be a household name by now, but it's actually just taken the world that long to finally catch up with my dynamite sound.
While attending art school in Orlando, I performed as "Caveman" at venues such as The Back Booth, The Station, & Hard Rock Live in the early 2000's. I continued recording under the name "Caveman" appearing on several Empulse Records releases, most notably making the beat for HD Ninja's classic "Duck & Roll".
Growing up in Daytona Beach, I was exposed to many great local bands like Skif Dank, The Nature Kids, and Stale Fish.
Bands who were blending styles & getting new sounds.
My Influences on the electronic side are mostly French producers such as Jess & Crabbe, Busy P, Surkin, Para One, and a little reggae ... on the rock side of things, George Lynch, Steve Stevens, ZZ Top, and Eddie Van Halen influence my playing.
At a Big Rack Attack show, you can expect plenty of ooohs and ahhhs as I dazzle the crowd with blazing guitar runs over lazer-hot electronic beats that would make any DJ jealous. It's a modern day free-for-all . Everyone has fun and buys lots of drinks.
Some mixes featured here are instrumental mixes that I use in my live show. To hear some of the instrumentals with vocal/lead tracks, check out www.myspace.com/bigrackattack Thanks for listening.
