Billy be Burned

Formed by Andy Rader, Adam Groves, and Brian Finke in 2010 Billy be Burned is a cross country collaboration of former college band mates rekindled after a ten year hiatus. Starting out as a social experiment to re-connect and re-record the songs withering away from their college band Brown House Scandal. Gelling as if the years hadn't passed the three began creating new recordings based on their love of classic country and American roots. Billy be Burned is the product of a year and half of marathon writing sessions in Chicago, NYC and Sarasota culminating in an album recorded by Jay Bennet's friend and engineer Matt DeWine at his Pieholden Suite Studios in July of 2010.
