The key to happiness is a laughter, and nobody knows that better than Billy Ray Bauer. Billy Ray has been thrilling audiences all over the U.S. for over 20 years with his gut busting sense of humor. Reaching back to his early days growing up in Detroit to dealing with raising four boys, Billy Ray has a message that most people can relate to.
Born on April 7th, 1957, Billy Ray knew from a young age that he had a knack for making people laugh. It wasn't until his early 20's that he decided to attend some open mic nights at a local club to find out if he was in fact funny. After some positive success he started as the opener for big name acts. As his experience grew, he refined his craft and started headlining shows of his own.
Billy Ray has headlined local comedy clubs as well as performing for large corporate events such as Microsoft, Ziebart, Standard Federal Bank and General Motors. He has had the pleasure of appearing with Tim Allen, Drew Carey, Lewis Black and the Smothers Brothers.
Going to a Billy Ray Bauer show is an experience to say the least with his charismatic and sharp deliveries. Ranging from spot on character impressions with his impressive dialects to finding time to relate to his fellow balding audience members, he makes everyone a part of the show.
