Bio
Billy Yu has been playing bands in and around NYC for years. However, for the last two years he has been quietly putting together a record on his own on a laptop and some prized gear all neatly tucked away in his bedroom. Finding inspiration in the legendary vocal arrangements/harmonies of the Beach Boys/ Brian Wilson, and the grooves he’d always loved in hip hop and house/ trance music, he decided to make an album that was fun and hopefully irresistible on the dance floor.
