BisonSound is a 3-piece indie rock band from Toronto. The band writes and performs all original material, drawing their musical influences from many genres of music.
Live shows have been BisonSound's focus from the beginning, and 2014 is shaping up to be a big year for the band, with several gigs in and around the GTA booked already. The band is currently in pre-production for upcoming studio sessions scheduled for late spring 2014.
The band's rock influences include The Foo Fighters, Weezer, The Cars, Buffalo Tom, Van Halen, Rush, QOTSA. Roll all of these hard rocking bands together, add a few beers, some big British amps and a few greasy pop hooks and you get a sound that is yet familiar, yet distinctly BisonSound.

Steve Matichuk (Toronto) - guitar, lead vocals
Eric Pattee (Toronto) - drums, vocals
Erik Laipnieks (Burlington) - bass, vocals
The band promises to eat all of their vegetables, and to rock as hard as they can. Let's do this!!!
