BJ Doring, former guitarist for the legendary Chicago/LA-based circus-punk band Loto Ball Show, combines melodic country-crooning style singing and instrumental music with the mesmerizing spookiness of a seasoned circus freak show. His solo work might call to mind Roy Orbison or Johnny Cash.
