Bjorn Quenemoen

Bjorn Quenemoen is a Brooklyn based songwriter and performer who draws inspiration from his rural Minnesota upbringing. His orchestration and vocals blend together into a pure and serene sound that resembles the landscape of those sparsely epic mid western prairies. His newest album "Ears Will Talk" is a harmony lover's dream, and behind that a grove of sounds and instruments fade in and out with patient restraint. The songs don’t go in a circle nor do they follow a straight line, but they leave the listener asking, “Have I been here before?" Not quite, but you’ll enjoy the journey and its scenic surroundings. Bjorn's band 'Dear Paul' performs around New York area, but on his own he still captures an audience’s attention with his uniquely clean voice, thoughtful lyric, unusual guitar style, and his casual and engaging stage presence.
