What inspires you to make music?
I’m inspired by inspiration. I inspired by the right to freely express myself creatively. It’s truly a blessing.
Tell us about this project?
Heater. A prelude to Black Moses REdux; The remastered album in it’s entirety.
What makes you different from other artists?
My perspective. I’m just sharing the way I see things. That’s the beautiful thing about creativity. I have the creative license to share my ideals and beliefs with conviction. Now put all of that on top of a “dope ass beat”, for lack of a better phrase.
Who were your musical inspirations growing up?
My mother. She’s an amazing singer. All of the greats, too many to name. Biggie, Jay z, Michael Jackson, The Roots, Mos Def and so on and so on.
Are You Working On Any New Projects?
The Black Moses REdux album is coming. It’s black.
