Bio

Black Betty and The Bad Habits formed at Berklee College of Music in 2004 and have been setting stages on fire across New England ever since. They quickly built a dedicated fan base in Boston consisting of college students, local rockstars and Blues fanatics. After packing Boston's Coyote Ugly Saloon in the summer of 2005, they were offered a permanent residency. In July 2005, they competed in the RJL Memorial Fund's Battle of the Bands, sponsored by 103.3 PIXY-Cape Cod's Rock, and brought the house down with their live performance! This win launched their tunes on the radio in Cape Cod, Rhode Island, BIRN (Berklee Internet Radio) and XM Radio, and made them Artist of the Month on PIXY.

Fronted by the vintage Pinup-like Black Betty, the band delivers a HIGH energy show including electrifying guitars, thumpin' bass, thunderous drums, soaring vocals and even Norbert- the "cock-slapping" rubber chicken! Inspired by Classic Rock and Vintage Blues, these young rockers have only one mission: To bring back Rock and Roll and Blues to the masses! This ain't your Grandaddy's blues- The faint of heart need not apply...
