Black Circus

The band was formed back in 2005 and since then commenced working on a project that was finally meant to be their debut album.

The various influences of the band members, covering a wide range of the current musical trends, generated the development of a personal indie-rock style that could be described as a melodic crush.
Melodic riffs stretching from soft to intense crushing over solid beats and lyrics that are amused to expose.

In the year they first appeared “Black Circus” won the first prize at “Make Music Contest 2005” and soon after played their first concert.
The band has a vivid background in the local indie-rock scene counting a number of live performances at many venues in Athens, Patras and Thessaloniki either as guests or headliners.
Being a member of the “Spinalonga” community it has also participated in one of their festivals as well as a compilation cd.

All efforts are now concentrated on promoting their debut album and this, amongst a big list of other things, definitely includes more live performances.
