BLaCK FERATu is a band derived from the split of two very successful bands from south Louisiana .One being the LA PHantoms
who played such major venues as the HOWL'N Wolf in NewOrleans ,
LA ,the HaRD ROCK CaFE in New Orleans LA ,the SXSW Music fest. @ HEADHUNTERS in Austin TX in 2004. Grant St. Dance Hall in Lafayette,LA ,the Cajun Heartland State Fair in Lafayette LA, and whom the Hard RocK Cafe dubbed the best hard rock band in Louisiana in 2004 .
The 2nd DEAD EnD LAKE which played the SXSW Small Stone Showcace in 2005 .Grant ST Dance Hall in Laf. and many other smaller clubs in between
In 2009 we got together and focused on writing,and recording filming to promote in 2010 slowly building our local following.
We have opened for STINKING Lizaveta ,GOAT WHORE twice,CHOKE 3 times and have played Festival INternationel in Lafeyette LA with Sonny Landreth and many others ,for people from around the world April 22 ,2010
So in 2011 we promise to grow from local heros to International DOMINATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
